Our firm is offering Walk In Cooling Chambers to our esteemed clients. The unit is constructed with a double walled chamber, with PUF insulation or heat Insulations. Inner body of the chamber is made of Stainless Steel(SS304 or SS316) and Outer Body is either made of Steel finished in powder coating paint (powder coating on both sides of the mild steel) or Stainless Steel. The instrument has full-length inner glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket and lock. The instrument is provided with Stainless Steel trays.
The controlling system having is PLC Base or Microprocessor base and PC communication on Ethernet or RS485. Stainless steel tubular dry heaters are used for heating purpose. Electronic temperature transmitter 4-20mA or 0-5 V used for measurement. Temperature in degree Celsius with 0.1A C resolution.
CFC free cooling refrigerant used for cooling purpose with safe guarded by time delay circuit. Audio and visual alarms are generated for temperature variation. Also with the safety facility for temperature over shoot in case of controlling system fails. The unit works on 230 Volts AC and 50Hz mains supply. When controlling sensor fails it automatically switch over to standby sensor.
