Detailed Product Description :
* By deployment of spring supported vibration isolation, you would be converting the dynamic foundation of a machine to a static one, -below the spring level. System natural frequencies can be very low leading to vibration isolation efficiency in the range of 95% . It has been observed that vibrations are not transferred even to the room very near to the spring supported machines.
* We supply self adhesive pads on the top and the bottom of the springunits. No bolting is required with the machine as well as with the floor. This facility makes the relocation of the machine easier as and when required.
* There is no problem of installing machine at higher floors, & most of the machines can be directly mounted on our Springunits & Viscodampers. The floor has to carry only the dead load of the machine & the base frame.
* Easy, compact and economic layout of shop floor is always possible. Hence, no extra excavation work to reach very high soil bearing capacity is required.
* The machine can be easily realigned in case of settlement.
* Besides direct savings by ways in reduction in concrete quantity, there will also be savings due to considerable reduction in construction time cycle.
* Our mounts have a very high life as the springs as well as dampers are non-ageing devices. Neither our mounts react with the leaked oil of machine.
