Vacuum Infrared Ovens

The infrared vacuum ovens / laboratory vacuum ovens comprises a stainless steel chamber that is offered in different capacities and has the ability to withstand the condition of 'absolute vacuum'. Excellent visibility can be guaranteed with the fitting of a thick glass door with the chamber. These ovens are provided with sealing of neoprene or silicon rubber gaskets that can be replaced easily. Also, powder coating is done on its outer cabinet. Top mounted valves and vacuum gauges are also a part of vacuum oven. In general, these ovens use low atmospheric pressure and operate at 800oC temperature. In the inner zone of the vacuum, uniformity in temperature is maintained through the use of quartz tube elements. There are 3 modes in these infrared vacuum ovens / laboratory vacuum ovens viz cycle mode, manual mode and maintenance mode.
