Uvb-2 4-7m3/hr Bitumen Binder

We are engaged in exporting and supplying an excellent quality UVB-2 4-7m3/hr Bitumen Binder to our valuable clients in Poltava, Poltavs'ka, Ukraine. Installing modifications UVB-2 is designed for modified bitumen, including polymer- bitumen binders WSP to prepare the top layer of asphalt concrete , surface treatment of road surfaces, devices, protective layers of cement-concrete coatings, preparation of bituminous mastics elastomeric SEALING roofing materials and by introducing the polymers. Obtained at the bitumen meets specifications TU V.2.7 -24.1-03450778-198-2002.
Installing bitumen modification is an article consisting of two reactors , mills, oil heating unit , supply unit bitumen control cabinet with the control system, process heating systems , the input node adhesive additives input unit plasticizer ( oil ) and equipped with a platform for loading the polymer. All major components shall be mounted on a metal frame .
