Used Sumitomo Injection Moulding Machine is utilized for manufacturing high numbers of identical products and variety of consumer goods. It can use moulds of single or multiple cavities made from steel or aluminum alloy metal specifically required according to the type of end product. This machine is comprised of direct-drive motors, center press platen (CPP), impact absorber, PC-based Z control, and a clamp force control. To prevent blockage of check valves & screw, thermosetting polymer must be timely ejected from the barrel.
