The tiny TidbiT v2 has 12-bit resolution and a precision sensor for A 0.2 A C accuracy over a wide temperature range. The rugged TidbiT is waterproof to 300m (1000 ft). Data readout is available in less than 30 seconds via the Optic USB interface.
