Working:

These
meters have a freely suspended rotor blade that is positioned in a
way so as to ensure that the flowing liquid pushes against it. In
order to ensure accurate volume readings, the speed at which the
turbine rotates is proportional to the flowing liquid's speed. When
the turbine rotates, electrical pulses are generated in the pick off
attached to the flow meter housing. These pulses are then amplified
and converted in order to accurately measure flow rate and
integration. In
order to transfer a specified quantity of liquid from the main
storage tank along with automatic flow shut off, these flow meters
have a turbine sensor with four/six digit batch controller and 1RCO
relay output.
