Trilobe Root Blower Application: For Industrial Use

Everest has designed & developed compact Trilobe Root Blower to meet the ever increasing demand of the industry for a small, compact & robust blower for applications such as small electroplating plants, water treatment plants (filter backwash), sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, air knife etc. where 15-30 m3/hr of air is required at moderate pressures up to 0.5 Kg/cm2.

The Trilobe Root Blower is available in plug 'n' play configuration equipped with all essentials such as electric motor drive, pressure gauge, relief valve, anti vibration mounts, oil etc. It is available with standard three phase, 1.5 HP (1.1 KW), 2 Pole motor and comes in two standard electrical options

DOL Start - For applications requiring fixed capacity / air flow

VFD Operated - For applications demanding variable flow and variable pressures to meet the process requirements. VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) provides speed regulation by change in frequency and offers all electrical & over-load protections making the blower failure proof.
