VK Industries' Tornado is the result of contemporary idea of integrating inline homogeniser, bottom entry mixer and special agitator into one mixing vessel, which can homogenise toughest mixing solutions that are hard to mix.

Process of Tornado are as follows-




Process 1



Liquid is loaded and large pieces of solid material are put into the vessel and the motor fitted with work head sucks down the large lumps into pieces which further breaks them into small pieces with a high-speed suction capacity of rotor inside the work head.




Process 2



The material is pushed horizontally towards the vessel from the work head & then forced back to the top of the vessel & then centrally for the final disintegration.




Process 3



Once the material is disintegrated into small size, the particles are pushed out from the vessel, processed through the inline high shear mixer. The particles are pumped back into the top edge walls of the vessel & turns into fine suspension.



As per requirement of material demand, samples can be taken off during the process also.
