This machine is a fully automatic vacuum laminating equipment capable of surface decoration with various high-end PVC, wood-like materials, stone patterns, leather, and other PVC materials. It features high automation, ease of operation, and fully automatic operation for the workbench's entry and exit, driven by the transmission system. The processing time, processing temperature, and vacuum level inside the chamber are all digitally controlled, ensuring product quality and improving production efficiency.
In addition to incorporating the excellent characteristics of typical laminating machines in the domestic market, this machine also has the capability to produce high-gloss PVC. The heating system uses aluminum plate heating, providing high thermal conductivity and improving the finished product rate. Developed by our technical team based on the characteristics of PVC film, this high-performance laminating machine solves the problem of achieving precise results for common positive/negative pressure high-gloss profiles in a single pass, which is difficult to repair.
Featuring special process heating and a large worktable, this machine significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces costs. The transmission system uses chain drive, with a two-stage reduction for the worktable entry to prevent workpiece misalignment and product waste. The computer system utilizes imported electrical components for stable performance, equipped with both manual and automatic operation programs, achieving a high degree of automation.
