How It Works
The Blue PRESS Screw Press has proven success in a variety of industries including agriculture, meat processing, oil and gas, human and animal waste, etc. It incorporates a graduated pitch and interrupted flight screw. Final pressing is controlled by a pneumatically actuated cone that adjusts the solids content of the press cake. Engineered with profile bar screens and hard-surfaced wear points, the Blues PRESS Screw Press is a sustainable selection for service on screen rejects, shives, knots, and clarifier sludge. Inbound sludge averaging between 2-20% dry solids is controllable to between 25-55% solids.
