Spectrum
1.Tetramisole HCl inhibits parasitic worm growth by acting as an agonist to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors leading to paralysis.
2.The mechanism of action for anticancer activity is unknown.
Tetramisole HCl inhibits kidney, liver, placenta, bone, and tumor alakaline phosphatases.

Effective Function
1.Tetramisole hydrochloride is used as an anthelmintic in the treatment of many nematodes particularly in veterinary applications.
2.Tetramisole Hcl is used as Hydrochloric acid levorotatory sulfonated intermediates.
3.It is flooding bowel insect poisons, anti-worm medicine.
4.In addition, also used for fishing and pinworms roundworm, insect infection.

Precautions : Please do not use during pregnancy. Especially for the first 45 days of pregnancy.
Contraindication : Long-term continuous use can cause drug resistance and crossed drug resistance.
