Terry Towel Length Cutting Machine

We are producing and supplying of Terry Towel Length Cutting Machine to our patrons. A process for continuous cutting of a pile fabric web, having at least one comparatively narrow loop less or nap less zone running lengthwise thereon between napped or looped surfaces, Lengthwise in the exact centre of one of the loop less zones. The fabric web is fed lengthwise along a transport path to the motorized cutting device. The position of the cutting device transverse to the feed direction of the fabric is adjusted automatically so that the loop less and nap less zone is cut lengthwise along its exact centre by coupling the device with sensor shoe by direct contact, the edges of the piled joining this zone.
The Woven towels are slit at their borders longitudinally for further processing. The number of cuttings and cutting devices to be installed and operated depends on number of towel widths to be cut. . The fabric fed through the automatic controlled fabric alignment device can be varied in speed by the variable electronic speed gearing system from 5m / min to 40 m / min depending on the fabric quality and number of slits. Finally the fabric is smoothly plaited after slitting process completed.
