Substitute of Sodium Silicate For Pad Batch Dyeing DA-GS710 is a cold pad batch dyeing agent for reactive dyes. It can efficient inhibit the aggregation of dyes with its solubilizing and dispersing property. Therefore the color spots and stains are reduced greatly. And because of its excellent penetrability, it can decrease the shade variation between inside and outside of the batching fabrics, also the selvedge and center variation. It is a good substitute for sodium silicate. For in traditional process, silicate will stain on rollers and then being transferred onto the fabrics form color spots.
