- Validation of Sterilizers based on OverKill approch comprising:
* Heat distribution a Empty /Loaded Chamber
* Heat Penetration for all types of loads
* Identification of cold spot
* Evaluation of F0/Fh values
* Adequacy of cycle parameters based on the F0/Fh values
- 16 Channel datalogger
* We use 16 channel data-logger with 16 nos. T type thermocouples. The validation run will be deemed successful if at least 12 sensors show correct readings.
* Reporting : Validation report with trends etc.
* Validation Deliverables : Validation reports, Calibration certificates for the instrument and the sensors. We will calibrate the * system at our office.
- Pre Validation requirements :
* Calibration of all instrumentation on the sterilizer.

* Protocols for the execution are in place.
* A Copy of the protocol to be forwarded to us for our study and preparation on placement of order.
* Operational consistency has been established.
* Steam quality checks have been performed.
- Requirements at site:
* A Stabilized power supply board/ spike suppressor with at least 2 X 5Amps 3 pins sockets domestic type.
* a 230V AC 3 Phase 50 Hz.
