Features
- Frame : The steel frame is fabricated from rolled steel plates with suitable cross ribbons
- Clutch : The clutch is of pin/rolling key-type which is stringent and nicely supported. It imparts continuous strokes for mass production.
- Crank Shaft : The crank shaft is built of special alloy steel machined to get excellent precision & equipped in bronze bush for smooth working and longer life.
- Flywheel : High grade iron cast is used for flywheel which is properly sized and properly aligned, which holds and releases adequate energy for the pressing operations to give smooth running.
- Gears : Gears are manufactured of steel cast. Teeth are built from hobbing machine
- Table and Ram : Table and Ram are fabricated of heavy duty iron cast and correctly polished, which are perfectly aligned to each other to get high accuracy and precision press operation.
- Adjustable : The adjustable stroke enables the press to meet all requisite height.
- Temper Standard : Tempering is done to only necessary parts
