Stbz Series Automatic Dual Coating Line

Being a well renowned firm in the domain, we are involved in manufacturing and supplying a wide spectrum of STBZ Series Automatic Dual Coating Line in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. STBZ Automatic Computerized Coating Line is used for uniform coating of separation layer, color layer, adhesive layer, and imaging layer of aluminized transfer film, electrochemical aluminum film, and laser hologram film. The line adopts computerized central control, equipped with PLC and touch-screen HMI, to accomplish line control, on-line inspection, display and storage. It can achieve dynamic synchronized control of drive and tension for unwinding, pulling, coating, cooling and pulling, and rewinding. Automatic closed-loop tapered control of winding tension is achieved to ensure winding quality and avoid damaging. As for the drying system, nF+R combined-type drying tunnel with far-infrared radiation and circulation hot air, is specially designed as per drying principles, to achieve rapid and complete drying, and high efficiency. The specially-designed doctor blade mechanism and press roll mechanism effectively ensure uniformity of coating.
