Star Aniseed (Star Anise)

We are harvesting, processing & exporting a various grades of Star Aniseed (Star Anise), original from Vietnam, as follows:
1. Star aniseed of grade AA (superior quality):
- Used for decoration or spices
- Does not contain SO2
- Autumn crop, 2011
- Origin: Vietnam
- Main markets: Europe, India, Thailand
- Flower diameter: 2.5-4.0cm (90% up)
- Broken: 5% max
- Admixture: 0.5% max
- Moisture: 12% max
- Color: brownish
- Well dried, not insected & no fungus/mildew
2. Star aniseed of grade A (good quality)
- Used for spices
- Autumn crop, 2011
- Origin: Vietnam
- Main markets: India, Thailand, Morocco
- Flower diameter: 2.0-4.0cm (80% up)
- Broken: 8% max
- Admixture: 1% max
- Moisture: 12% max
- Color: brownish
- Well dried, not insected & no fungus/mildew
3. Star aniseed of grade B (normal quality)
- Used for only spices
- Spring crop, 2012
- Origin: Vietnam
- Main markets: India, Thailand, China
- Flower diameter: 1.8-4.0cm (70% up)
- Broken: 12% max
- Admixture: 1% max
- Moisture: 14% max
- Color: brownish
- Well dried, not insected & no fungus/mildew

4. Star aniseed of another grade (called under star aniseed of a cockroach wingsa )
- Used for only spices
- Autumn crop, 2011
- Origin: Vietnam
- Main markets: India, Indonesia
- Flower diameter: 1.8-4.0cm (70% up)
- Broken:20% max
- Admixture: 1% max
- Moisture: 14% max
- Color: deep red (with colouring)
- No fungus/mildew.
