SVR 10CV is produced from cuplumps and field coagula. Its constant viscosity is achieved by adding only hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) to dried rubber. The rubber with HNS is blended and mixed through the two dry pre-breakers and passed through a cooling tunnel. This is a grade of rubber with constant viscosity. The hydroxylamine substance inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity.
