Srz Heat Exchanger / Radiator

Our offered SRZ Heat Exchanger / Radiator is not only applicable to hot water heat medium, but also high temperature conduction oil medium. It is widely used for air heating or cooling in the industries of textile printing and dyeing (such as forming,setting machine, drying machine, rotary screen printing machine etc.), chemical fiber, latex/rubber, foodstuff, chemical, metallurgy coating, pharmacy, plastic & leather(coating and laminating
machine, coating machine/coator, pulp spraying machine, printing machine etc.), mechanism, timber etc. The fin tube is made of seamless steel tube of 21X2.0mm with crimped carbon steel fin of 15X0.3mm. Distance between fins is 5mm (D), 6mm(Z) or 8mm(X). Finned tube materials can be carbon steel tube with crimped carbon steel fin or stainless steel tube with crimped stainless steel fin. The working pressure is 2.0Mpa,and working temperature is under 300a .

Model SRZ mainly consists of 3 furcal rows of spiral finned tube.The finned tube is constructed by seamless steel tube with crimped steel fin by mechanical circumam bulation method.The surface is zinc plated or sprayed with high temperature aluminum paint coating.Steel tube and fin area combined together tightly with wide contact surface.This type of radiator features good and stable heat conduction performance, corrosion resistance, nice appearance, easy installation, convenient management and durable service.
