The whole line adopt AC inverter adjusts speed, full digital synchronized communication, intelligent control of the full line electrical system, spinning draft system and drive system etc.

4. Spunbond die: Hanger type flow channel, ensure uniform of melt distribution, shortening the color change time and uniform spinning of full width.

5. Meltblown die, the spinning process is arranged symmetrically on both sides of the body, to ensure uniform melt distribution, stable pressure, sufficient hot draft of the filament, uniform width of hot air flow, to achieve fabric surface evenness.

6. Features of the equipment: advanced airflow draft technology and high speed web curtain forming technology, with digital control system, so the product with good uniformity, high vertical and horizontal tensile strength and low process power consumption.
