Slat / Flight Chain Conveyors

The Product is either a hot Bulk material or has large abrasive lumps which do not permit the use of a conventional Belt conveyor.

The conveying is achieved in a steel trough with two strands of Steel Chain dragging or scraping the product in a horizontal or upward inclined path.

Side Bar link Chains are manufactured in house using 100 % quality check methods to ensure a reliable performance.

For specific application Round Link Chains are imported along with attachments to meet the need for high wear life in difficult conditions.

Flights are fabricated in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel and provided features to ensure self cleaning and economical life.

Casing is equipped with replaceable liners to reduce replacement cost while handling abrasive or corrosive product.
