Sk 4053 Solv - Vapor Degreasing Solvent

SK 4053 SOLV is a degreasing and cleaning solvent consist of nPropyl Bromide and proprietary solvents specially formulated to remove contaminants such as oils greases adhesives resins and flux residues.

SK 4053 SOLV has physical properties and solvency characteristics that are similar to chlorinated solvents such as 111-trichloroethane and trichloroethylene. It's use as a vapor degreasing solvent is suitable for removing a wide variety of soils. It can also be used in immersion cleaning applications. SK 4053 SOLV is a direct replacement for 111-trichloroethane HCFC-141b HCFC-225 hydro fluorocarbons and methylene chloride in vapor degreasers.

SK 4053 SOLV is designed for use in a vapor degreasing process. SK 4053 SOLV can be used in existing vapor degreasing equipment (batch or inline) but emission control retrofits may be useful in reducing vapor losses. If existing equipment is utilized it is necessary to adjust temperature control settings.
