Applications of sintering flux SJ301A
1:Accompanying suitable wires (H08A , H08MnA , H08E ,H08MnM0A , H10Mn2 ,etc .) .
2:Applied in welding of normal steel structure , boiler steel , pipe line steel and some low alloy steel .
3:Used for fast multi-wires welding , double sided single-channel welding .
4:When welding of large diameter steel pipe,weld bead smooth transition.
5:Can welding the small diameter steel pipe line ,because of the short slag.

Notice:
1.Before welding , need to remove the rust, oil , water and other impurities from the welding surface .
2. The welding flux should be dried for 2 hours in 300-350A C .
