Silirub 989 is a high performance, low odor, one-component joint and glazing sealants, based on neutral silicone.IT has been developed for weather sealing of joints in the faA adeDSSOLFDWLRQ.

* Excellent adhesion properties on glass, laminated glass, coated aluminium,
galvanised steel, concrete and masonry

Applications:
* Weatherseal in curtain wall applications
* All usual building, connection, expansion and dilatation joints
* Excellent for double glazing system applications

Packaging:
Colour: white, black, grey
Packaging: 405g cartridge, 810g sausage
Shelf life :12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5A C and +25A C.


Substrates: all usual building substrates
Nature: clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Surface preparation: Porous surfaces in water loaded applications should be primed with Primer 150. No primer needed for non-porous substrates.
There is no adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE and bituminous substrates. We recommend a preliminary compatibility test. Due to the wide variety materials used in faA ade technology a preliminary compatibility test is necessary.
