FUNCTIONS OF SILICATE:-
Silicate has been found to increase stem strength.
It has been found to improve drought tolerance and delay wilting in certain crops where irrigation is withheld and hence the plants ability to resist micro-nutrients and other metal toxicities (i.e. aluminum, copper, iron, manganese, zinc etc.)
It is very effective in pesticides applications under humid and wet weather conditions. It is designed as a dual action spray adjuvant, providing both excellent spreading and sticking performance during pesticide applications on different crops.
