SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT Substarte must be free from water, oil and stains. APPLICATION Stir well Sika Antisol E (WP) before application. Apply uniformly on to the newly laid concrete as soon as the surface water evaporates. Apply preferably using low pressure sprayer uniformly on concrete surface. Brush/Roller application could consume more Sika Antisol E (WP) due to the very nature of the application.
