Sheathed Cables

We specialize in manufacturing a comprehensive collection of silicone rubber insulated & sheathed wires and cables for 1.1kv to 11Kv. These wire and cables are widely applied in industrial & ship motor industries. The silicone rubber insulation of these wires and cables provide brilliant electrical properties and resistance to elevated temperature. It allows a conductor temperature rating of 150 Degree Celsius for continuous operations and 250 Degree Celsius under emergency overload.

In case of fire, the nature of its insulation maintains circuit continuity as silicon rubber get burnt and transforms into insulating ash. These wires and cables being elastomeric in nature are immensely flexible. Their flexibility is retained even in high temperature ranging from 250 Degree Celsius to -55 Degree Celsius. We can also manufacture these in a size range of 0.25 Sq. mm - 630 Sq. mm.
