Product Features:
These type of Screen contain a guided Rake cleaning mechanism, which continuously cleans the Bar Rake Screen and brings the collected trash through the hopper placed at the top of the screen in the collection bin.
These screens are mounted in slanting position of about 75 deg. Slanting on the downstream side.
The Comb Like Fingers are guided through rail from bottom most point of Rake Bars to Top most point dragged to & fro using a complex Wire Rope Drum and Toggle sheave & shaft assembly. The Wire rope is in turn suspended from the top Drum & Shaft assembly.
The Wire rope Drum Shaft is driven by suitable Geared motor mounted on a Mechanism Housing at the Topmost point of the Screen. A suitable access ladder is provided to the drive area on top side of the Frame.
