Sawdust Dryers

These Sawdust Dryers refers to the process of adding wet sawdust of powder and particle shape continuously to dry tube though spiral conveyor. In the transportation and dispersion of heat flow, making the humidity of wet materials evaporate, to get dry products of powder or particle shape. It is mainly made up by air heater, feeder, air dry tube, cyclone separator and fan etc.

Mechanical structure and working principle:
Regarding TDS-I and TDS-II type dryer (with one stove), it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 20 to 25%
It can reduce the MS to 8 to 12% one drying time
Regarding TDS-III (with two stoves), it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 35 to 50%
It can reduce the humidity to 8 to 12% one drying time
That means it can reduce approximately 30% for one drying time
But if the humidity of materials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less of fuel
All of round places can be adjusted to any angle of 360 centigrade degree according to operation request
Clients can change the angle of dryers base on the production field.
