Rotary kiln is a rotary drum equipment to calcine various materials, widely used in various fields of the national economy. In cement industry, rotary kiln is used as an important equipment to calcine rude cement material into clinker cement; in chemical industry, it is used to produce sodium bicarbonate and calcine phosphate fertilizer and barium sulfide; in metallurgical industry, it is used to produce aluminum hydroxide.
The rotary kiln is suitable for treating physical chemical process between solid grains and gas medium, with a slope of 1.5-6%. Since it rotates in low speed, the materials turn over continuously inside the shell so that the physical and chemical process will go evenly.
The rotary kiln designed and produced by our cooperation include wet long kiln, short kiln and ordinary dry kiln. In addition to current sizes, our cooperation may design and make other various size of rotary on the request of customers.
