Our Drum Coal Mills are of complete size, advanced technology and good quality, forming series of six sizes ranging from A 2100mm to A 3800mm of shell diameter.
The rotor part drum of a Drum Coal Mill is driven to rotate by a motor connecting to a coupling,a column gear reducer and a girth gear reducer. The grinding medium, steel balls, in the drum is raised to a certain height because of the centrifugal force and friction and falls because of the gravity. The coal is impacted and grinded to powder by the falling steel balls. The coal powder is sent to the boiler or warehouse by the pneumatic conveyor.
A Drum Coal Mill has an erecting device, a screen steel ball discharge device and a low-speed transmission device.
