Frame: Made of rigid steel structure welded & stress relieved. Such structure helps in keeping the stress & deflections within the permissible limits

Eccentric shaft / Crankshaft & Bearings: Fabricated from forged piece of carbon steel

Slide: Manufactured from high quality steel that is accurately machined and fully stress relieved. The slide runs on 4/6 independent extra long gibs made of heavy duty grey iron castings.

Electrical Controls: Pneumatically operated presses are supplied with electrical controlled for power on/off of main motor two hand engagements, once, inches or continuous operation foot switch.

Slide Counter Balance: These pneumatic slide counter balances help in countering the weight of the slide and tooling.

Pn. Clutch Brake: The single disc clutch helps in continuous jolt free stroke. In these brakes, no adjustment is required for correcting wear on the facings
