TURN TABLE     (G.M.P. MODEL)       
 
           
Also called unscramble or accumulator. The rotating table is
provided with S.S.304 top and is supported on antifriction ball bearings to
provide smooth unscrambling or accumulation of bottles. The Turn Table can be
located on any point in the production line for imparting initial flow to the
bottles and/or for the smooth transfer of bottles between machine and
accumulating the bottles.
Adjustable Stainless Steel spring guides
are provided to ensure complete feeding discharge of all the bottles. The unit
works on 0.5 H.P., 440 volts motor with reduction gear fitted with auto-manually
variable drive to give 5 to 10 R.P.M. or as required.

Automatic bottle filling machine works on volumetric
principle and used for filling liquids in bottles on
continuous running S.S.
Slat conveyor. Four bottles are filled at a time with  predetermined volume.
Fixing appropriate size of the syringes can fill different capacity bottles.

       
A specially designed synchronized Mechanical movement with
the conveyor system and bottle indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the
machine. 'A NO BOTTLE NO FILL' mechanism prevents spillage of liquid when the
continuous flow of bottle is not available.
       
The machine works with 1 H.P. motor 415-volt main drive and
.0.5 H.P. motor for conveyor drive. The machine is compact unit complete with
conveyor is mounted on a sturdy stand of attractive finish.

       
All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality. Body
cladded by S.S. 304 quality 18 gauge sheet.

       
The movement of bottles is arranged from left to right on the
conveyor. The unit is designed to fill aseptic liquids precise accuracy and can
give output of 40-60 bottles/minute depending on quality of bottle and fill
sizes.
