Atmospheric air which is not pure is sucked by air compressor unit and it is pressurized & finally stored in a receiver tank.

Air Dryer process this impure air & remove dust, oil & moisture content to avail Pure & dry air.
Here, refrigeration circuit with tube in tube heat exchanger design is used to treat the compressed air economically. Compressed air contains moisture; dust & oil vapour in gas form at high temperature.

To make it use worthy it is processed in Refrigerated air Dryer unit. Refrigeration energy is used to cool the compressed air at very low temperature. Compressed air is cooled as low as 3 Deg.C. It condenses the air vapour mass, resulting in formation of droplets of water & oil vapour. It is being trapped in adjacent built in Moisture Separator unit.
Auto Drain Valve flushes out Condensed liquid rapidly at pres set cycle time and allows pure air to pass through outlet connection.

The dryness achieved in pressure dew point of + 3A C
