Our Non-Filling Bio Septic Waste Water Treatment Systems are made of 40 Mpa steel reinforced concrete which strengthens with age. It also maintains a stable temperature, creating a good environment for bacterial activity. BioSeptic does not use plastic tanks or chambers.
A Non-Filling Bio Septic Waste Water Treatment System is so strongly built that it can be filled by turning on a tap in the house immediately upon installation. Your plumber does not have to spend hours filling each separate chamber to avoid chambers imploding as is the case with plastic systems.
BioSeptic's concrete tanks can be backfilled with whatever material is excavated from the hole (except very large rocks). There is no need to purchase costly soft backfill material.
Use of BIO-CLEANSER once a year, will help reduce surface and bottom solids in the septic tank. The buildup of surface and bottom solids can carry over to the leach field and cause the leach field to become clogged. Once clogged, the system has nowhere to drain and the tank fills up, causing a backup in the home and wet areas in the yard.
Use of BIO-CLEANSER restores the biological population of good worker bacteria and enzymes which reduce solids. The beneficial bacteria also get carried over to the leach field to reduce solids and help prevent clogging.
A clogged leach field is the biggest problem for septic systems, the hardest and most costly to repair.
Bio Septic Waste Water Treatment Systems consist of an evaporation tank and a collection tank. The Evaporation tank can evaporate water up to 250lit/day. If it is clay soil the evaporation tank can only evaporate water up to 200lit/day.
