The product comprehensively optimized the advantages of the existing 2 kinds of twin-screw models ("Conical Counter Rotating" and "Parallel Co rotating"), not only keep the character of high extruding pressure of the former, but also reached the good plasticizing performance of the later. In addition, it reached the effect of higher mixing, higher-kneading, higher plasticizing. The result of several tests proved: the output of this machine is 50% higher than other extruders existing in the current market, and the consumption of electricity is 30% lower. Besides, it has the advantages of smaller noise and longer service life of screws.
