Features:
Wheel Head: Ultra precision hardened nitralloy spindle runs in anti friction bearings, grease packed for life. Its production and testing under rigorous inspection ensures smooth, trouble-free running.
Hydraulic System: Valve gear easily detachable and readily interchangeable. Minimum amount of piping, connect pump to valve and cylinder block. The System is lightly loaded with required pressure. Oil drains through a fine filter before entering the Tank. Air in the system is expelled during running of machine automatically.
Wheel head Slide: Wheel head column has precision ground guides on which the wheel head slides on ball bearing rollers-grease packed. This feature ensures rigidity and sensitivity essential for good finishes, control hand wheel dial is graduated in 0.002 mm and has a floating zero for convenience. Fine feed knob allows 0.002 mm increments in hand feed. Increments of 0.00 I mm possible in P and AP versions.
Table Traverse: Table traverse is both hydraulic and manual. The table traverse on vee and flat guide" way which are lubricated automatically. Stroke is set by adjustable dogs. The table guide ways are lined with Anti friction, abrasion resistant TURCITE material.
