Machine is control by PLC program ,production data is operate on touch screen:Bag length ,Bag width,Bag Distance,Needle Distance,Production Speed,Quantity Count,Stack Convey,Fault Alarm.

1.Auto process blank pp woven fabricAcA A s cutting sewing printing and color printed pp woven bagAcA A s cutting sewing. With automatic bag collecting function.
2.Machine adopt servo motor to drive (3 Servo motors Control ),PLC System & Frequency Inveter control ,with touch screen.
3.With two type cutting blade :Hot blade and Cold blade.
A:Hot blade :Suit for cutting non-laminating pp woven bag or single-side laminating pp woven bag ,with hot cutting bag wonAcA A t sticky together ,cutting mouth easy to open.
B:Cold blade:Suit for cutting double side laminating pp woven bag.
4.With auto lifting unwinder ,reduce labor intensity.
5.Auto counter ,and Auto collector conveyor.bag can convey in stack.
6.Adopt mechanism hand to sending bag after cutting.
7.Sewing and printing highly match up ,and printing adopt 220 mesh anilox roller to print.Print clean and accurate.
