Application:BT-116 is an environmental protection chromium mist inhibitor which is a kind of highly effective fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS series. It has good high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and electrolytic stability in the production process of chromium electroplating. It can effectively reduce the concentration of chromic acid in electroplating workshop. Moreover, it can inhibitthe volatilization of acid mist, improve the working environment in the electroplating workshop and reduce the cost.
Usage Instructions:Making up solution: add 0.1g-0.4g of BT-116 in every liter of the making up solutions. First time can increace the quantity of BRT-028F to achieve super saturation state, and later can be added according to the consumption of foam. (dissolve the weighed white crystalline powder BT-116 with hot water above 80 A C and then add the solution into the electrolytic bar.)
