Polycarboxylate

SPS-100 is a new generation environmental polycarboxylate high performance slump retention agent developed by our company. Concrete of low slump and concrete whose slump loss is fast can benefit from its outstanding features of retard and water reduction, and it could greatly improve the plastic property retention of concrete. This product is light yellow transparent liquid, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and it is non-corrosive for the steel and harmless for health.

(1). Good slump retention ability
It is able to effectively restrain the speed of cement hydration reaction during the initial period and induction period.
(2).Retard ability
this slump retention agent has the features of low water-reducing rate during the initial period and higher rate during the later period and has the features of good retard and dispersion. For details, kindly pls find and check the chart No.1.
(3).Strength-improving rate:
The strength-improving rate is higher, especially higher during the early period. The initial setting time of concrete adding by the SPS-100 is unchanged, so is the final setting time. It is better than ordinary retarders which keep the final setting time of concrete too long and improve the strength too low during the initial period.

It widely applies in ordinary concrete, pumping concrete, super-flowing-self-compaction concrete and high strength and durability concrete. It is able to effectively control the slump and fluidity loss during long distance.
