The machine consists of an extruder with mixing plant, die head assy, heating elements, Down stream sheet forming and cutting line.
The thickness of PVC sheet can be varied from 1mm to 1.5mm. In practice, two thickness are available. However 1.5mm thickness is fast moving. The weight of 1 sq.meter is 2 to 2.5 Kgs - say for 2 mts it works out roughly 4 kgs (medium corrugations)
The machine designed to produce over average output of 100 Kgs/hr.
