Pitch Tanker

Pitch tanker is a vehicle carrying molten pitch at a temperature of 170-250 degree Celsius. This Constant temperature prevents solidification of molten pitch which helps in delivery molten picth from one place to another. We held orders of integrating components of Pitch Tanker all over India.

PITCH TANKER SPECIFICATION:
TANKER CAPACITY: 15/20/25/30/35 Ton liquid Pitch.
HEATER CAPACITY: 15/22.5/30 KW, 230 Volt AC / 415 Volt AC
ELECTRICALS REQUIREMENT: ALTERNATOR / GENERATOR 40 KVA / 63 KVA. 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM (synchonised).
NUMBER OF TANKER WHEELS: 6/10/12/14/18/22
POWER SUPPLY: By Horse/Lorry Engine. Heating by Alternator and Power Supply by 5 pin plug top with 50 ft long cable.
PANEL BOARD: Controls temperature, Voltage and Load.
SERVICE: Tanker suitable for both running and standing position.
TEMPERATURE / VOLTAGE CONTROLLER: For control of temperature and voltage from Driver's Cabin.
INSULATION: Glass Wool Insulator with Aluminium sheet to prevent escape of inside Heat.
PTO PUMPS: It drives the alternator/ Generator through Horse Engine via a V-Belt
