We also meet the demands of Pilot Plant For Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SCFE). These are available with extractor capacity from 1 lit up to 15 lit per extractor and can be offered in one or multiple number of extractors. Featuring with or without co solvent injection, it is constructed in SS304 / 316. These also feature precise control of parameter values and come with automation for remote operations. The plants can take up pressures up to 500 bar & temperatures up to 120 deg c.

The components are
- Extractors for solid feed or liquid feed or both
- CO2 pump
- CO2 exchangers
- CO2 liquid holding tank
- Back pressure control device
- Gas a liquid separator
- Utility generation station for hot water & chilled water
- The unit is completely skid mounted
