Application:
SJ75/33 PE pipe extruder is mainly used for making HDPE pipe diameter range from 75mm-160mm, can make single layer, two layers or 3 layers pipe, only need to work with another one or two sets of extruder and different die set

COMPONENTS :
The complete extrusion consists of following items:
Single Screw Extruder:
It is used for melting and stirring plastic material. Saijia adapts special screw and barrel type that provide perfect mixing and homogenous. Our Extruder has 2.5kg/h-1000kg/h capacity for PE pipe.

We use special gear box for the Extruder which has axial bearings. Transfer the motor to the screw. For minimizing electricity consumption, we use the famous brand of driving motor of a SIEMENSa on our Extruder. Automation system designed with PLC and touch panel controller can be selected.

Die-Head:
Our die-head designing gives ideal viscosity to melt material for pipe producing. It gives tube or shape to plastic after processing. All faces the plastic in contact with is polish, so that frication losses minimized.

Saijia produce single layer, two layer and multi layer pipe die-heads. Foil cover head. Over steel pipe plastic covering die-head and other special die-head.

Vacuum Tank:
Saijia Vacuum Tanks are manufactured with stainless steel.

Our nozzles designing for maximum cooling performance. Cooled water sprinkles to hot plastic pipe outside face from the nozzles.

With high power water pump, cooled water can reach to pipe completely.

Our vacuum tanka s pressure can be adjusted, so vacuum pressure can be fixed according to pipe requirement.

We sealing gasket for every lid on the vacuum tank. This stops vacuum leakage and minimizing energy consumption.

Haul-offs:
With the material we have used in our haul-offs, we have very good adhesion to the pipe and ensure slip prevented.

The needed speed for setting of pallets can be changed with electrical inverter. Different line speeds are adjusted by using control panel easily.

We manufacture haul-offs depending on pipe diameter from 2 pallets to 10 pallets.

Our haul-offs can work synchronously with pipeline. As the extruder speed increasing automatically, haul-offs speed is increased.

Cutter:
Saijia planetary saw cuts the pipe at designed length without any burr.

Cutting speed during the cutting is synchronous with the line speed by PLC, so accurate length is provided.

Pipe length to be cut is easily adjusted via the touch screen.

Pipe length measure by encode so desired length can cut precisely.

Tipping Table: It operates on pneumatic cylinder.
Coiler:
Saijia plastic pipe coiler designed for winding PE pipes, corrugated and dripping pipes. We use torque motor for positioning pipe on the coiler that provides accuracy of coiling.

Our coilers can coil diameter of 16mm pipe up to diameter of 125mm of pipes.

With the torque setting, tension of the pipe coming from the line can be adjusted easily and at the end of coil winding, the coil is removed very easily as well.
