The handle making unit creates handles composed of flat paper patches and twisted-threads paper strings which later on, are transferred to handle application unit. After handle making, glue is applied all over the glue line and the handles are impressed finally onto the blank or printed paper. Then it finally goes for side gluing, tube forming, cutting, bottom impressing, bottom gluing, bottom forming to get the final product. An efficient computer system controls with touch screen and servo motor for cut-off length control.
