The jigs / fixtures / gratings, or irregular size paint jobs coated with excessive paint affect the quality of painting. The poor quality of painting affects the final job quality and leads to rejection of jobs. The conventional cleaning method involves remarkable production downtime because of critical cleaning process, To have rescue from this stringent process we have come up with the new advanced paint cleaning process that is environmental friendly and easy to handle called Fluidized Paint stripping system.

Principle of working
- A Rectangular reservoir (Suitable for the jobs to be cleaned) is filled with silica Sand.
- A high velocity air blower is introduced from the bottom side to bring the sand mass in fluid state i.e. fluidization method.
- Initially a small flame (Pilot) is ignited on the surface of the fluidized sand mass.
- A fluidized air and the gas mixture are introduced through the bottom of the sand mass through the ventury method.
- As the Air and the gas mixture travels upward it is ignited and the sand starts heating.
- Once the sand temperature is attained the Job to be cleaned is inserted in the fluidized bed through the Basket.
- As soon as the basket is sink in the bed the Paint start the burning and due to the fluidization of the sand the rubbing action takes place on the surface of the job.
- Hot sand removes the inorganic matter on jobs completely without any distortion of the jobs.
- The particulate matter and the fine dust is collected in the cyclone separator.
- After the predetermined cycle time the burner flame goes off the pneumatically operated door is opened to remove the basket with the cleaned jobs.
- The cleaned jobs after cooling are sent for the washing.
- System is ready for the next load.Standard Features of the system
