How it is used?

a c Then a Pain Relief Pottalia is kept on hot plate with little oil to make it warm.
a c Warmed Pain Relief Pottali is applied to an affected body part. Warmth is applied for 15-30 minutes.
a c It can be applied once or twice a day. It can be used continuously for 5-7 days.

To Take Care for-
Gently squeeze excess oil from the Pottali before applying to skin. Check the temperature of Pottali, it should be warmed sufficiently.
