The process involves converting the lead into small cylinder in cylinder casting machine & then feeding this into the rotating barrel by the feeding mechanism. Feeding is automatic to maintain the load in the barrel. The oxide removal from barrel is by suction blower though cyclone & Air Pulse fitter bag house. Advantage of Air-Pulse Fitter bag house are clean fitter bags & free from manual cleaning.

The Barrel rotates on cylinder roller bearing and is equipped with water cooling fountain to maintain the temperature. The Barrel is rotated by belt drive coupled to slip-ring motor. Specifications
