The motor drives the reduction gear box through a motor or a variable speed adjuster, (if necessary) permitting the speed of the conveyor to be easily changed, if desired. Fingers on the drive chain directly engage 3 sets of trolleys at a time. Our elite design permits a slight relative motion between the trolleys engaged evenly distributing the drive power amongst all the three trolleys for a smooth, continuous drive action. Sharper up and down turns can be made with the conveyor, providing many advantages over conventional I Beam Conveyors. In dipping operations, for eg. Smaller dip tanks, can be used, less paint or dip solution is needed which requires considerably less space. Even straight up and down movements are possible with the conveyor. You can convey materials smoothly and safely, up and down, to one or more floors, in a completely vertical path.
